The Ghanaian government has launched the Government Accountability Series in July 2025 to enhance transparency and accountability in public administration.
The initiative aims to create a platform for key sector ministers to present mid-year updates and offer preliminary assessments of the government’s performance over the past six months.
Scheduled to take place three times a week — Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11 a.m. — the series will begin with a presentation by the Minister for the Interior, Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, who will provide updates on developments within the security and interior sectors.
