Liberian President Joseph Boakai has made new appointments to three government institutions, subject to confirmation by the Senate.
Etmonia Mueadeh Martin has been appointed Acting Chairperson of the Ombudsman Commission, while David A. Kemah has been renominated as Director General of the Internal Audit Agency.
Emmanuel A. Lomax has also been appointed Acting Deputy Minister for Public Affairs at the Ministry of Local Government.
According to the Presidency, the appointees will serve in their respective positions pending Senate confirmation. President Boakai has urged them to carry out their responsibilities with professionalism, integrity and commitment to public service.
