Malian Prime Minister General Abdoulaye Maïga concluded his nationwide tour of republican institutions with a visit to the National Transitional Council (NTC) on Monday. He was accompanied by the Minister of State Refoundation in charge of Relations with Institutions, Bakary Traoré.
