Senegalese Prime Minister has unveiled new appointments within his office, bringing a diverse range of expertise to his team.
In a statement, Ousmane Sonko announced the inclusion of professionals from various fields, including health, security, oil, defense, mines, diplomacy, finance, budget, communication, planning, international cooperation, and special programs.
These experts have been appointed as Advisors to the Prime Minister’s Office, where they will work in close coordination with each ministerial department and state secretariat.
The appointment note indicates that these recommendations were made to “optimize” the Prime Minister’s relationships with ministers and secretaries of state, aiming to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the government.
This strategic move Sonko said is expected to bolster the administration’s capacity to address complex challenges and drive forward its agenda effectively.
