The suspects are assisting with investigations, while efforts continue to track down other persons believed to be linked to the recording.
The video, widely shared on social media, has raised concerns over the misuse of digital platforms to incite violence and target high-profile figures.
Police have urged the public to remain calm and allow the investigation to proceed without interference, assuring their commitment to protecting all citizens, including the president and his family.
